Galerija umjetnina grada Slavonskog Broda, Odjel dječjeg likovnog stvaralaštva,postavila je 23.travnja 2001. u okviru Dječjih
svečanosti 'U svijetu bajki Ivane Brlić Mažuranić' u prostorima Kazališno koncertne dvorane koja također nosi ime velike hrvatske spisateljice, izložbu
učeničkih uradaka osnovnih škola Republike Hrvatske pod nazivom 'Boje obzorja mora i podmorja'.
Pravo sudjelovanja na izložbi imali su učenici
osnovnih škola Republike hrvatske od V. do VIII. razreda.
Prispjeli likovni radovi sukladno zadanim propozicijama rađeni su slikarskim tehnikama
tempere, gvaša, akvarela, vitraža, kolaža kao i kombiniranim tehnikama.
Tema ovogodišnje likovne izložbe bila je obzorje mora kao i sve što je
povezano s morem, podmorjem(...čudesnim oblicima morskih dubina...), oceanom, obalom...
Istovremeno,tema je i ekološka. Naime, naslikani učenički
likovni radovi predstavljaju i doprinos viziji očuvanja čistoće mora i očaravajućih oblika podvodnog svijeta.
Želja nam je da poetiku likovne stilistike i
ozračje ljepote kojom odiše ova izložba prenesemo na gledaoce diljem svijeta putem Interneta, a u duhu našeg slavnog kipara Ivana Meštrovića koji je rekao:
'Boriti se protiv zla najbolja je molitva Bogu, a boriti se za lijepo znači pjevati mu slavu'.
Na poziv za sudjelovanje odazvalo se 100 osnovnih škola
iz svih županija Republike Hrvatske.
Od ukupno pristiglih 910 radova prema odabiru Stručnog povjerenstva na izložbi je izloženo 248 radova iz 82
škole.
Svi radovi ostaju i obogaćuju fundus Odjela dječjeg likovnog stvaralaštva Galerije umjetnina grada Slavonskog Broda.
Ispričavamo se
sudionicima ove izložbe što je došlo do izmjena u propozicijama nagrađivanja,uručivanja nagrada kao i vremenskog održavanja izložbe u Zagrebu.
Svim
školama,njihovim ravnateljima, učiteljima likovne kulture i učenicima koji su svojim radovima sudjelovali na ovoj izložbi zahvaljujemo na suradnji i
uključivanju u programe Dječjih svečanosti 'U svijetu bajki Ivane Brlić Mažuranić' koje su se ove godine održale uz potporu Ministarstva kulture..

Art Gallery in the town Slavonski Brod,Department of childrens art presented works of the children from
primary school of Republic of Croatia under the name of 'Colours of sea horizon and submarine' under the programme of childrens celebrations 'In the world of
fairy tales of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić' in the teatre-concert building which is also named after the great Croatian writer Ivana Brlić Mažuranić also known as
Croatian Anderssen.
Pupils from the fifth till the eight grade of primary school in Republic of Croatia had the right to participate in the
competition and exibition.
The works which came were done according to the required propositions in the art techniques of:tempera,gouche,aquarrel,stained
glass,collage as well as in combined techniques.The theme of the exibition this year was sea horizon and everything in connection with the
sea,submarine(...wonderous shapes of the deep sea...)ocean,coast...
At the same time the theme is also ecological.Paintings represent the contribution to
the vision of keeping the sea clean and keeping alive the wonderous shapes of underwater life.
Our wish is to convey the poetics of art stylistic and the
beauty of this exibition to the viewers all over the world by Internet and in the spirit of our great sculptor Ivan Meštrović who said:'Fighting against evil
is the best prayer to God and fighting for something beautiful means singing its glory'.
100 primary schools responded to the invitation for the
competition from all over Republic of Croatia.248 works of 910 from 82 schools were exibited according to the choice of Proffessional Committee.
All the
works will stay and enrich the fundus of the Department of childrens Art in the Art Gallery in Slavonski Brod.We express our appologies to the participants
of this exibition because of changes in the propositions of awarding and in the changes regarding the time of presenting the exibition in Zagreb.
We
deeply thank to all the schools,their directors,teachers of Art and pupils for taking part in this exibition and we also thank for the cooperation and taking
part in the programme of Childrens Celebrations 'In the world of fairy tales of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić' held under the sponsorship of Ministry of
Culture.
